Plot[edit]
An auto rickshaw driver (Surya) sees Mattu Bhai (Ashish Vidyarthi) murder a journalist. The auto driver manages to capture Mattu Bhai and his henchmen and hold them until the police arrive. Afterwards, the auto driver returns home to his wife (Pragathi) and son Charan. Unfortunately, Mattu Bhai and his henchmen break into their house that night. The auto driver is killed, his wife is severely injured, and Charan survives uninjured. Charan's mother is in a critical condition, but Charan and his uncle (Tanikella Bharani) do not have enough money to pay for her operation. The local mafia leader's son has committed murder and offers Charan a deal. In order to pay for his mother's surgery, Charan has to go to prison accepting the crime.
12 years later, Charan (Ram Charan) is released from prison. When he meets his uncle again, he finds out that his mother has died. Charan also falls in love with Sanjana (Neha Sharma). Sanjana lives with her father Karthikeya (Prakash Raj), a rich business magnate. Police Officer Ajay (Sayaji Shinde) helps Charan get a passport. Charan plans to go to Bangkok to join a travel agency recommended by his uncle. Sanjana and her friends arrive in Bangkok as tourists. Charan is one of the tour guides but seems to be irritable around Sanjana. Meanwhile, Biku (Daniel Balaji) and his henchmen bother Sanjana. Charan saves Sanjana by attacking them. A few days later, Biku and his henchmen see Sanjana again, and Charan has to fight them again. Charan and Sanjana use a water bike to escape. They get stuck in the middle of the sea when their water bike runs out of gas. When Sanjana wakes up, she sees an island that is a little far away, meaning that she and Charan have to swim to the island. Later, Charan tells Sanjana that he loves her.
Karthikeya and the other people believe that Sanjana is kidnapped by Charan as they find out that Charan was in prison for 12 years. Karthikeya arranges helicopters to search for Sanjana. Charan sees a helicopter in the sky, but Sanjana does not want anyone to find them. Sanjana tells Charan that she loves him too and her father would never let her marry him. Charan loves Sanjana but did not expect her to fall in love with him. He reveals that he came to Bangkok to kill Mattu Bhai. Charan found out that Mattu Bhai is a notorious international criminal with network in Hong Kong, Bangkok, and other places. He has shifted base to Bangkok. Charan tells Sanjana that Biku is none other than Mattu Bhai's son. In Bangkok, Charan tried to kill Mattu Bhai at a bar, but Mattu Bhai escaped and stopped coming to Bangkok.
By the time Charan finishes telling his foiled plot to kill Mattu Bhai, a lot of guys in black robes and black suits come, and then a fight starts. Just then, Karthikeya comes in a helicopter. Sanjana, seeing her father, runs to him and tells him not to hit Charan as he did not kidnap her but instead saved her. At first, Karthikeya tells to leave Charan, and the goons leave him, but when Sanjana tells him that she wants and loves Charan, Karthikeya tells the goons to kill Charan. The goons hit Charan on the head, he falls down, and they go away. Then, a member of the company for which Charan works searches for him on a boat, finds him, and takes him back. A hot argument takes place between Sanjana and her father, and she runs away to Charan.
Then, Karthikeya calls Charan and tells him that his mother is still alive. His uncle lied to Charan that his mother died. Karthikeya will trade Charan's mother for Sanjana. Charan takes Sanjana to a building, where he tells her that he is going to trade her for his mother. He tells her that she has her father, but his mother has no one except him. Karthikeya comes and takes her, and gives Charan his mother, who was grateful to him, back.
Meanwhile, Mattu Bhai sees the pictures of Charan and Sanjana on television, which was the effort of Karthikeya to find her, and recognizes Charan as the person who tried to kill him. He tells Biku to kidnap Sanjana, and Biku does the same when the exchange of Sanjana and Charan's mother goes. In the process, gunfire takes place, where all of Karthikeya's men get shot. Charan also retaliates with a gun and kills some of Biku's men, but Biku gets away with Sanjana. Karthikeya gets shot in the leg, and in emotion, tells Charan that he saw how much he loves his mother and screams that someone is taking away his fiancée away, so he reminds him to go and get her. Charan leaves his mother in Karthikeya's care. He then runs after Biku's car but fails to get him. One of Biku's men gets to him and gives him a phone, where he talks with Mattu Bhai. The goons take Charan with his hands tied to the island where Mattu Bhai and Biku are.
Mattu Bhai, without killing Charan and Sanjana as suggested by his son, lets them escape saying he would hunt them, but Charan kills all the men of Mattu Bhai and finally kills Biku. Using his body, Charan lures Mattu Bhai into his trap and then kills him, in the same way that Mattu Bhai killed Charan's father. This is when Mattu Bhai recognizes who Charan is.[1]

Plot[edit]
The Central Minister (Rao Ramesh) is facing accusations over possessing black money of 100,000 crore and money laundering it into Europe through his unsuspecting daughter Akanksha (Catherine Tresa), a psychology student who goes to Barcelona to pursue higher education. Akanksha finds a diary in her flat in Barcelona, and out of curiosity, she starts reading the book, which unfolds the romantic drama between Sanju Reddy (Allu Arjun) and Komali Shankaraabharanam (Amala Paul). Akanksha gets engaged in Paris with her father's henchman Shawar Ali (Shawar Ali). Incidentally, she runs into Sanju and gets to know him. Sanju is an engineer-turned-lead guitarist of a music band, and makes his living through stage and street performances.
As narrated in the diary, Komali comes from an orthodox Telugu Brahmin family. She is interested in classical music and ends up learning the violin at a musical school in Barcelona under fiddle professor, Brahma (Brahmanandam). In a twist of fate, she falls in love with Sanju and gets approval for their inter-caste marriage, from their parents in India. Komali unknowingly gets caught after a video footage that she accidentally shot while Shawar Ali kills the Spanish ambassador (Damien Mavis), in the process of money laundering. Sanju saves Komali from these henchmen, on a couple of occasions; this is where the story in the diary ends abruptly. Out of curiosity, Akanksha starts questioning Sanju about their love story and in the process ends up with disturbing facts.
On continuous asking by Akanksha, Sanju tells her that Komali is dead. It is then shown in flashback that for fixing the marriage of Sanju and Komali, their parents had come to Spain. It was at that time that Komali is kidnapped by Shawar Ali's brother (Subbaraju), and when Sanju comes to save her, Komali is murdered by Shawar Ali's brother. In a fit of rage, Sanju bashes up the whole gang, and Shawar Ali's brother goes into a coma. On hearing this, Akanksha feels pity for Sanju and falls in love with him. She also tries to bring him out of the memory of Komali but in vain.
Meanwhile, Akanksha spots Komali crossing a street. Akanksha runs to Sanju to tell him about Komali, and at that time, Sanju gets surrounded by Shawar Ali's men. Sanju, while bashing up Shawar Ali's men, tells Akanksha that it was his plan to trap her in his love to avenge the death of his and Komali's parents at the hands of Shawar Ali. It is then shown in flashback that after beating up Subbaraju, Sanju had taken Komali's body to the hospital, from where Sanju's father (Nassar) calls up the Central Minister to arrest Shawar Ali in Spain after watching the video footage. The minister then calls up Shawar Ali to finish off this trouble in order to save himself. Shawar Ali then goes the hospital and kills Sanju's and Komali's parents and shoots Sanju and Komali, and they are presumed dead. However, Sanju and Komali do not die. It is then revealed that Sanju has been waiting all this time to get his revenge, and has made Akanksha his pawn in this game and it was he who faxed their photo in order to make Shawar Ali jealous so that Shawar Ali will come himself to kill Sanju. Later, it is revealed that Komali is not dead and that they both wanted to avenge their parents' death. Sanju and Komali live happily, while Akanksha lives alone.
