I'm curious, are there UE4 projects/games that are virtually complete that can be downloaded and modded? I'm considering UE4 for a game I want to work on, but I have zero game building experience and since it's really just a game for me to play personally I don't want to spend months learning and then building it.

Basically I have some spaceship models that I'd like to be able to plug into an existing project that allows me to fly around space and shoot at things. The 3d models are my original designs, and I just want the fun of actually flying them around instead of just looking at them in renders.

Any ideas? Or would I be better off modding an existing game like X2 or something like that? I'm sure that has a learning curve too, but probably not as steep, as I've done some modding in the past.
